Refund Policy

We strive to provide a fulfilling and enriching experience as you explore, evaluate, and purchase our offerings, whether they are instructor-led sessions or self-paced training programs. As with any online purchase, our Refund Policy is guided by specific terms and conditions. By purchasing a training course from us(www.skillairo.com), you acknowledge and agree to abide by our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.

At Skillairo, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued. Please read the policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Change Of Course

At Skillairo, we aim to provide flexibility and support to our learners. 

Learners may request a domain change under the following circumstances:

  • Within the Allowed Timeframe: Requests must be made in writing at least 1 week before the commencement of the original course.

  • Course Upgrades: If the learner wishes to switch to an advanced version or related course offered by Skillairo, they must notify in writing before the start of the new course.

  • Domain Seat Availability: Learners must check the availability of seats in the desired domain before requesting a course change. If there are no seats available, the request will be denied.

  • Payment of Difference: If the learner is switching to a course of a higher value, they are required to pay the amount difference. However, if switching to a course of a lower value, Skillairo is not liable to refund the amount difference.

  • Processing Fee: A processing fee of Rs. 500/- needs to be paid within 3 days after Skillairo accepts the course change request. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the course change request, and no further requests will be entertained.

  • One-Time Course Change: Course change is allowed only once during the program. Any further requests will not be considered.

To request a Change of Domain, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer support team via email at support@skillairo.com with the subject line "Domain Change Request". Write specifying the reason for the course change and any relevant details such as the desired course and domain.

  2. After receiving approval, fill out the “Course Change Form” and submit it within 3 business days.

  3. Please ensure that you pay the processing fees and any applicable difference in course costs. Afterward, kindly submit the receipt to support@skillairo.com.

  4. You can expect a confirmation for your course change request within 5-7 business days.

Reschedule

Rescheduling Due to Course Delays by Skillairo:

In case Skillairo needs to reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances or delays, the following rules apply:

  • Notification: If a course doesn’t commence within 30 business days of the published commencement date, students are entitled to:

    • Full Refund: A complete refund of the course fee, or

    • Alternative Course/Batches: Option to join a different batch or course.

  • Refund Limitations: Skillairo will cover the course fees only. Any travel, logistics, or personal expenses incurred due to this program will not be refunded.

Rescheduling Requests by Students:

Students can request a reschedule of their course, subject to the following conditions:

  • Notice Period: A rescheduling request must be made at least 10 business days before the course’s scheduled commencement.

  • Reschedule Timeframe: The rescheduled course must commence within 90 days from the original commencement date.

  • Course Change Restrictions: Students will not be allowed to change their course when requesting a reschedule. Only the same course or batch can be rescheduled.

  • Seat Availability: Rescheduling is subject to seat availability in the new course or batch.

  • Rescheduling Fee: A rescheduling fee of Rs. 500 must be paid within 5 business days from the date of approval.

Process for Rescheduling a Course:

Students should follow the steps outlined below for a smooth rescheduling process:

Step 1: Contact for Rescheduling

Step 2: Approval

  • After reviewing the request, Skillairo team will send you an approval. This approval will outline the available rescheduling options, if applicable.

Step 3: Reschedule Form Submission

  • Once your request is approved, you must complete the “Reschedule Course Form” and submit it within 3 business days.

Step 4: Payment

  • Pay the processing fee of Rs. 500 and any difference in course fees (if applicable) within 5 business days.

  • Important: Send the payment receipt to support@skillairo.com.

Step 5: Confirmation

  • After receiving the completed form and payment, Skillairo will confirm your rescheduled course details within 5-7 business days.

Course Fee Adjustments:

  • Higher Value Course: If the rescheduled course has a higher fee, the student must pay the difference in cost between the original and the rescheduled course.

  • Lower Value Course: If the rescheduled course has a lower fee, Skillairo will not refund the price difference.

  • No Refunds for Unpaid Fees: Failure to pay the rescheduling fee and any course fee differences within the given time will result in the cancellation of the reschedule request. No further reschedule requests will be entertained thereafter.

  • Rescheduling is Subject to Availability: Rescheduling requests are subject to seat availability in the desired batch or course.

  • Timely Payment is Crucial: Delays in payments or submission of forms can lead to the cancellation of the reschedule request.

  • Refunds: No refunds for travel, logistics, or personal expenses incurred by the student.

Refund Policy For Duplicate Payments

We understand that duplicate payments can happen inadvertently, and we are here to assist you in resolving such issues. If you have been charged twice for the same course, we will process a refund for the duplicate payment promptly.

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer support team via email at support@skillairo.com with the subject line "Refund Request For Duplicate Payments." Include your order details of the duplicate payment and a clear explanation of your request.

  2. Provide Supporting Documents: Attach any relevant documents, such as receipts, proof of payment, or screenshots, to support your claim.

  3. Review Period: Our team will review your request within 7-10 business days. You may be contacted for additional information if necessary.

  4. Refund Decision: Once the review is complete, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund for duplicate payment will be processed to your original payment method as per the timelines outlined below.

Once we verify the duplicate payment, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30-45 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Skillairo reserves the right to cancel any course or change the location of the course due to various circumstances. These include, but are not limited to, the following reasons:

  • Instructor Unavailability: In the event that the assigned instructor becomes unavailable due to unforeseen reasons.

  • Insufficient Participants: If the number of participants for the course is too low to proceed.

  • Force Majeure Events: This includes any unforeseen events beyond Skillairo's control, such as:

    • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, fire)

    • Civil unrest (e.g., riots, protests, strikes, curfews)

    • Other emergencies or situations (e.g., pandemics, political instability)

In such cases, Skillairo will take all reasonable steps to either reschedule the course, offer an alternative location, or provide other solutions as necessary. However, Skillairo will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused due to these cancellations or changes.
